In my approach to therapy I will ensure that I am creating a safe space for you. I will assist you in discovering things within yourself you may not have been aware of or didn't know how to express. Throughout our sessions I will track your growth and push you to become the best version of yourself.

I will ensure that your feelings/emotions are validated as you work through the process. I will challenge your thinking to assist in change behavior while you become your ultimate self.
